Cramming on projects!

I've got a project for Biology that's due next week. I've gotta write a report on the cause, effects, cures of the disease, Malaria. I'm going to start searching it on the web, but I'd like to know what are your thoughts about this subject. Please help me!

Thank you!

I've got a belly!

So, last week, during 3rd period 2 of the counselors came to check our height, weight, and BMI. We had to go on two scales. One regular one, the ones at the hospital and another one, which is connected to this small thing, that prints out everything.

Mine says this:
Body Composition Analyzer
TBF-310

Body Type: Standard
Gender: Female
Age: 14
Height: 5'0"
Weight: 106 lb
BMI: 20.8
BMR: 5504 kJ
1315 kcal
Impedance: 550
Fat %: 22.1%
Fat Mass: 23.51 lb
FFM: 83 lb
TBW: 61 lb

Well all I know is, I'm in an alright shape & I'm dehydrated!

Ew, I need to lose weight and drink some milk. I'm too short! :(

I've missed you!

Comment from MI DADDIO:

"Happy belated birthday! I miss you too and check your blog often to see how you are doing. Of course, you are doing great. My thanks for being such a great student and person. Did you see my comments before? Take care, I'll be checking in on your life as long as you have your blog.

Mr. F"

Thanks for checking up on me.. I really appreciate it. I'm glad that there's a way of us to communicate, but it'd really help if you'd email me on my g-mail. you remember it right? I've emailed you a couple of times before..

Anyway, how are you doing? Little JC? and your wife? What have you been doing now a days? Well, take care! & Hope to hear from you soon! Miss you!

I've got proof!

Oh, I was too ashame to post this up at first, but heck. to prove that I actually look good at dancing but was just too fast with my moves. Here is a picture of an obvious mistake I made:

Well, as you see.. everyone is going to the right, while i was going to the left. I was a bit too fast and I moved my hands to the left. If you can see, there's someone next to me with their hands down. That's Jove. She didn't know what to do, I think I confused her when I put my hands to the left! Oops, sorry!

LOOK! Isn't so darn cute! Each class had a character for pep rally. Ours, obviously was Rugrats. Look at Coquina (President of Freshmen Class) dressed as Kimi Finster (Chuckies sister). Next to her is the Sophomore president in a cardboard box of Spongebob Squarepants. Next to her, are the Juniors. They are the Chimp Munks, there you see, Charita, Audry, and Nathan. Then lastly, representing the Seniors is Suzzy, as Dora from Dora the Explorer.

One of the games we played was, apple in a sock. You must hit an eraser box using the apple in the sock and get it to the other end of the line. There in blue, is Pedro, representing the Freshmen, Red is Senior, Khaki polo is Junior, and Jesse Ogo in black representing the Sophomores. This was a disturbing game for some people. I was at the direction they were going, sitting on the road, right where Jesse was going. He almost it me with the eraser box.

For this game, it was 1st Senior, 2nd Junior, 3rd Sophomore, and 4th Freshmen. Pedro quit after moving the eraser box a good 3 feet. Thanks Pedro!

I had more pictures but they are in my computer in my Computer Applications Class. I'll most the rest later.

My life. My goals. My accomplishments.

1st Period: Mrs. Torres: Computer Apps.

Who am I? What is/are my goals? How will I reach my goal(s)? What will it take to succeed?

I am Mylene Marie Balisalisa, a freshman at SSHS. I would say that I am outgoing yet unpredictable. I understand myself best amongst anyone else and I absolutely hate when people act like they do. I have set many goals for myself, in the long and short term goal. My short term goals as of now, is to work hard in all my classes, get straight As, and better myself for the next year to come; when I head to Hawaii to finish my high school years. As for my long term goals, I plan on going to college and major on something I like and am good at, such as: education, psychology, business, and/or something that relates to the environment. A few of my special goals in the future, are to experience prom at SSHS before I leave and to have a good paying job that I like with a loving, helpful, and supportive husband and kids.

I'm tired.

I had a busy week. Going to classes, practicing for pep rally during lunch, practicing after school, studying for my test, finishing my essay. It was none stop! I didn't have time to spot with my friends, when I go online, I'm typing up my paper, then editing it. Man, I studied my butt of for my Biology test. The test seemed easy, but I won't find out what I got until next week. I better get a B or higher, because if I don't! I'm going to be very disappointed at myself.

Anyway, Friday ended with our first pep rally of the school year. Seniors had about 30 dancers, Juniors had 12, Sophomores had 15, and Freshmen had 9 then 8. During the beginning of our dance, one of our dancers stepped out. It caused us a huge deduction to our dance, but hey! They said we did good. I would say that, I was "okay". I missed 2 or 3 steps, but that was only because they changed it last minute. Then I guess, I was soo nervous, that I was dancing a little bit too fast sometimes. It was really fun. I think I lost my voice after laughing about all the games.

I think the Freshmen will do well on our next pep rally. This time, I'm gona practice the dance real well and hopefully, not get any mistakes! :)

This is what's on my mind..

Let's see.. So I'm bored now here are a few updates:

-Next week Friday is SSHS's first pep rally. I'm dancing :S. Ew, Bleh, Yuck! Do I look like a person that knows how to dance?!

-Tomorrow, Sept. 07 is mid-progress report. We have half day, what to do, what to do?! Tomorrow, the Girls/Boys Manta Ray Basketball team are hosting SSHS's first school day at P.I.C.'s Charley's Cabaret. You can pay at the door (idk how much it is) but please support!

-MHS.MHS.MHS! I know nothing about that school tomorrow! I haven't contacted Madisa lately and I don't comment much of my MHS friends on myspace. Though, I heard, Lina Manalili is president?! Whoa. Cool! I'm proud of you Lina! Great job.

-I'm sick! I've got a runny nose.

-So for the first time ever! I got 4 0% on classworks.... for algebra! I blame Wayne! Don't ask.

-Let's see, I'm not going to be picking up my mid-progress, but I'm pretty sure I know what my grades are: Comp. Apps; A, Algebra; B (was an A before the 4 Fs), Biology; B, and English; A. Blah, blah, blah! I'm going to do better, especially with those two B's. Those are the classes that give so much work and hardcore quizzes.

I'm sorry..

Sorry for not going to the meeting today. Like most days, I'd go to Jessica's house after her meeting/practice and wait until my dad picks me up from work. Unfortunately, he came out at 7 and picked me up 8. I'm waiting for the minutes to be posted on the blog. I'm so sad that I missed it, I really wanted to be there. Anyway, tell me what was up! =)

Stop the hatin'

I haven't been posting much for the month of August. I'm barely online. I probably go online 4-5 times a week. That's not a lot for me! Sometimes I use the computers at school. I know blocker sites and I check my myspace there. Blogger works but it takes so long to make a post.

Though, I still wonder..

Angelo's The Saipan Blog-Saipan, CNMI's most popular blog since ever since is blocked! I just visited his blog last week at school and it went through. I think that was the day I showed Mrs. Torres (Comp. Apps. teacher) the embarrassing picture of Mr. Turbitt.

Angelo, what did you do to block your famous site?
